An antique plan of Chester which was published in 1713 in "Universus terrarum orbis scriptorum calamo delineatus, Volume 1" by Innocenzo Raffaelo Savonarola and appears on page 260. Savonarola used the pseudonym Alphonsus Lasor a Varea. Engraved by Francesco Valegio whose name appears engraved on the bottom left corner of the print.
