A woodcut engraving depicting a scene from the match between England and Wales at Blackheath published in "The Illustrated London News" on January 9th, 1892. The England team were :- J. Toothill, J. "Rugger" - The Army -v- The R.A.F.
A page from "The Illustrated London News" dated March, 13th 1920. The engraving is of a drawing by Steven Spurrier R.O.I. The caption reads "The Army victorious over the R.A.F.: Lieut. P.E.R. Baker Jones, R.F.A., an Army half-back, secures a try in the second half of the match.
